Meet Judy Hart & The Story Behind Zesty Sides
 

Growing up in Mississippi, Judy Hart learned that great food has a way of bringing people together. That belief stayed with her throughout her years of military service. No matter where she was stationed, Judy was known for gathering people around the table. She often cooked for her fellow service members, sharing homemade meals that reminded them of home. Over time, those friends became family, and those meals became cherished memories.

 

After retiring from the military, Judy decided to turn her lifelong passion for cooking into something she could share with even more people. What started as a way to bring comfort and connection to those around her became Zesty Sides.

 

Today, our mission is simple: to serve Southern comfort food that brings people together, creates lasting memories, and makes every gathering feel like family. Every order is prepared with the same care, hospitality, and sense of community that inspired Judy’s cooking from the very beginning.
