DROP-OFF CATERING FAQ

What is included in drop-off catering?

Our drop-off service includes your chosen Southern sides delivered in temperature-controlled pans. Serving utensils, plates, and cutlery are available upon request for an additional fee.

How far in advance should I book?

To ensure availability and peak freshness, we recommend booking at least 7 days in advance. For larger events, earlier notice is appreciated.

Is there a minimum order size?

Yes, our catering services start with a minimum order equivalent to two full pans of sides to ensure efficient delivery.

How are the sides delivered?

Sides are delivered in heavy-duty aluminum pans, sealed and housed in insulated carriers during transit to maintain the perfect serving temperature.
